General shipping conditions

Your item will be shipped 24h to 72h after Payment received. We always provide tracking number, however some countries don’t update tracking for international shipments

Delivery times is not the same for all countries, but it is usually between 10 days and 30 days, you can contact us and we will give you an expected delivery date for your order.

General Payment Condition

we accept any kind of payment : credit card, echeck, bank transfer .. etc
Payment is due within 48 after the invoice is sent. After this delay, it will be canceled and you will have to place a new order.

How do I place An order ?

select your products, and then send us an email, we will send you a quote and after your agreement, we will send you an invoice.

How do I know if my order has been shipped ?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with all the tracking information

How do I know the expiry date of the product I want to order ?

All our products come with a minimum expiry date of 1 year, you can also contact us to know the exact expiry date

Are your products authentics ?

Of course, we are selling only genuine products since several years now, and we test all our products. Ingredients lists are available on request , so feel free to contact us

The item I received is damaged, what can I do ?

Please contact us imediately, and take pictures of the products, wil will send you a new one or give your money back

I am not happy with the product , what can I do ?

If your product is unopened and not damaged, you can send it back to us, we will give your money back.

I received something different from what I ordered, what can I do ?

Contact us immediately, we will send you the right products, and we will give you instructions on how to return the other one.
